Like a Boss is a new 2020 American comedy movie. It stars such cool… No, amazing… No, even enchanting actresses as Tiffany Haddish, Rose Byrne and Salma Hayek!

The cast also includes Lisa Kudrow, who came to prominence with her main role of Phoebe Buffay in Friends (1994-2004), a popular comedy actress Jennifer Coolidge and no less popular Billy Porter. It looks like this movie united some of the best representatives of modern cinema.

In spite of such a strong cast, on review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes, the movie holds an approval rating of only 18% based on 92 reviews, with an average rating of 4.07/10. Audiences polled by CinemaScore gave the film an average grade of “B” on an A+ to F scale, and PostTrak reported it received an average 3 out of 5 stars. As you can see, according to critics, the movie leaves much to be desired. But still, we advise you to watch this movie, maybe you’ll like it. Just give it a chance.

Like a Boss follows two friends with very different personalities, Mia and Mel, who attempt to take control of their cosmetics company back from an industry titan. The thing is that they started their own beauty company, despite not agreeing on how they should run it. One is more practical, while the other wants to make money as soon as possible and live a lavish lifestyle.

As a result, their company runs into debt, forcing the two friends to turn to an unscrupulous benefactor who wants to steal their business. Mia and Mel must eliminate their differences to save their company.
